How to forward your number to Sofia
You keep your number and decide when calls go on to Sofia: only when you can't answer, or always. It takes a couple of minutes.
Choose when Sofia takes over
- When nobody picks up: the call goes on after a number of seconds.
- When the line is busy: the call goes on while you're on the phone.
- When the phone is off or has no signal.
- Always: Sofia takes every call and transfers to you during opening hours when the caller asks.
The codes for mobile phones
Dial the code as if it were a phone number and press call. Write Sofia's number with +45 in front. The phone shows a confirmation.

Adjust and check
- The number of seconds can be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30. 20 seconds is about four rings.
- To see what's switched on, dial *#61#, *#67#, *#62# or *#21# and press call.
Landlines and IP telephony
If you have a landline number or an IP phone system, you set up forwarding in the system's self-service portal or app. If you can't find it, ask your phone company.
Test it
Call your own number from another phone and let it ring. If Sofia answers, it works.
Good to know
- You get Sofia's number from us when we set her up.
- Ask your phone company whether forwarded calls cost extra on your plan.
- If you always forward, Sofia must transfer to a different number than the one you forward, such as a staff mobile. Otherwise the call can end up with Sofia again.
- If you decline a call, say in the middle of a meeting, it goes on to Sofia as busy when busy-forwarding is switched on.
- The codes work with most mobile carriers. If a code doesn't work, ask your phone company.

Do we need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward it to Sofia. Customers call the number they always have.
Can we turn forwarding off again?
Yes. Dial the turn-off code for the forwarding you switched on, for example ##61#. Then your phone rings as before.
How long should the phone ring before Sofia answers?
You decide, from 5 to 30 seconds. 20 seconds is about four rings and gives you time to pick up yourself.
Does forwarding cost anything?
That depends on your plan with your phone company. Ask them whether forwarded calls cost extra.
